4.Can I get the sample before making orders?
Of course. Samples are available for checking or testing, courier costs will be paid by buyer.Please contact with us for sample details.

5.Can I have my logo on the product?Yes,all products can be customized. We have laser craft, silk screen craft, print and various craft to add the logo on products.

6.How long for the mass production?Small order time for stocked product is about 7 days; Mass production time is 35-45 days according to the order quantity.

7.Is there any MOQ for what I purchase?Yes, we have MOQ for mass production. Different item with different package has different MOQ. Please contact us for more details.

8.Do you accept OEM/ ODM?
Yes.we have development department,and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample.If new mould is needed,then we could make new mould to produce the products to meet customer's requirements.

9.Where is your FOB port?
We will ship the goods to SHENZHEN/GUANGZHOU port.

10.What's your packing details?Normal packing, and we accept customized special package requirements .
